The EMC personnel provides assistance to faculty, students, and staff of Ateneo de Manila JHS in using the Library and the ITC, locating materials, using OPAC and online databases, and using basic reference sources. Librarians also provides assistance in identifying library materials needed to answer research queries. Orientations and modules to effectively use resources were also provide as reference and guide to the community.
Together with the IT Office, the EMC also assists the students in securing accounts to access all online materials provided by the Center. Online technical assistance such as streaming of school events, technical advice, and documentations are also being provided.
